Soooo....how exactly does this ranking thing work....I was looking at the results and was just trying for figure out how they give everyone their overall score and gender grading..

they do as a percentile based on pace-setters and how they feel the pace setter would finish or something like that, rather than just average finish time or place (the "pace-setter" concept is used to avoid being punished for racing on harder courses or against harder fields). the score you get is kinda like standardized tests and the overall score is the percentile of triathletes you fall into, ie, score of 75 is 75th percentile. the gender grading is an adjusted score to better compare male and female triathletes.

I noticed the only two races in there are Havasu and Tucson Tri, how come Nationals isn't in there or Deuces Wild?

it takes time for the RD to report finish times to usat and have usat calculate scores and post them. it could be awhile.
